We are looking for a Construction Project Manager with Elevator experience to:

• Generate client estimates
• Visit with clients throughout the project
• Schedule employees for projects; Speak with the architect and construction workers on the job site
• Bargain with suppliers and subcontractors
• Track project progress
• Meet deadlines and Process change orders
• Good leadership and interpersonal abilities - Great verbal and written communication skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Verifiable leadership abilities and experience with a track record of success
• Effective oral and written communication skills that have been demonstrated
• 5+ years of experience leading a group of general contractors or construction personnel
• Capability to oversee several complex, ongoing projects
• Construction management, business, or a closely related sector bachelor's degree recommended
• Extensive understanding of construction regulations, laws, and permits procedures
