Our team is in IMMEDIATE need of a Lead Superintendent. This position is based out of our HQ office and focused on projects throughout the greater Houston area.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing a variety of construction projects with a proven track record showing the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- 5+ Years of experience as a Superintendent employed by a General Contractor
- Commercial, Retail, Aviation, Higher Ed, Healthcare/Medical, Industrial, and/or Aviation project experience
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Proficient with various construction software's such as Procore
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
Description:
- Oversees daily operations at a construction site.
- Leads daily morning meetings with the entire crew.
- Follows construction drawings and approved plans.
- Uses popular construction management software.
- Orders necessary equipment, tools, and materials.
- Helps to set and stick to the budget and schedule.
- Writes daily logs and other necessary documentation.
- Makes sure all local, state, and national business codes and regulations are followed.
- Ensures that the team adheres to all company policies and safety protocols.
- Works directly with the project manager, architect, engineer, and other specialists.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 depending on experience
- Project / Performance Bonus Incentives
