Senior Tax Manager

About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join the growing Tax Services division of a renown national public accounting firm. In this supervisory role, you will work under the director of our Tax Partner and Managing Partner to prepare and review federal and state corporate and partnership returns

Responsibilities

• Perform research and draft memoranda on corporate tax issues
• Review high level federal and state corporate and partnership returns
• Prepare and review ASC 740
• Train, mentor, supervise, and evaluate tax and support staff
• Develop current client relationships and network to build new client relationships

Required Education, Certifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline
• Master's degree in Taxation preferred
• CPA required
• 7+ years of related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage and supervise large engagements

What We Offer

• Competitive Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 annual salary (negotiable depending on experience)
