Position Expectations:
This is a newly created position and a key hire offering a growth path to Partner within two years!
Review of business & individual income tax returns
Preparation of high level federal & state business & individual income tax returns
Manage client relationships
Mentoring and technical training of associate and senior staff members
Participate in the management team - sharing ideas and supporting the long-term strategic plan
Business development and firm promotion
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT. TWO OR THREE DAYS IN OFFICE. NOT FULLY REMOTE
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
CPA required
10+ years of public accounting tax compliance
At least 3-5+ years of supervisory experience
Understanding of tax codes & regulations
Exceptional communication abilities & interpersonal attributes
Proven leadership and team management capabilities
Proficiency with tax return technical reviews
Ability to set & manage priorities and deadlines
Maintains a positive attitude and constructive business relationships
