This role, based in Taylor, TX, is largely responsible for managing the mechanical aspects of the site construction for the central utility building / plant or the gas and chemical systems building.

 

What You Will Do

 

  • Run mechanical aspects of construction project scope, scheduling, budgeting and ensuring safety in accordance with OSHA
  • Oversee the mechanical and process scopes, collaborating closely with the Senior PM and end-client
  • Develop detailed project execution plan, including establishing budgets and buyout plans
  • Review and recommend approval of bids, change orders and close out of subcontracts
  • Ensure most effective processes for project execution
  • Supervise all key construction personnel and delegate supervision of support personnel
  • Oversee the overall construction for end product delivery, ensuring turnover and final occupancy


Our Clients Ideal Candidate

 

  • Bachelors Degree / four year degree
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of mechanical building components, process piping, and plubming systems
  • Have experience managing / constructing large, multi-million highly technical facilities, (examples such as clean room, large manufacturing facilities, refineries, or high-rise buildings)
  • Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and or Navisworks experience
