This position requires a minimum of three years of patent preparation and prosecution experience and at least a B.S. in Biochemistry or Chemistry. Admission to a state bar and USPTO registration is required. A Ph.D. and/or industry experience is preferred. Experience with pharmaceutical or biotechnology subject matters is a plus.
