Qualifications 

  • College or university degree 
  • Preferences include finance, supply chains, and industrial engineering.

 

Experience 

  • 4 to 5 years' minimum experience in business, preferably in a sales operations, sales force effectiveness, or business process management position 
  • Full comprehension of compliance-related issuesE 
  • Experience leading/designing CRM process improvements (Sales force is a plus). 
  • Knowledge of SAP Advanced and CLM is a plus 
  • Expertise in the E2E Inquiry to Order process 
  • Experience driving projects focused on improving overall customer experience

 

Responsibilities 

  • Partner with the Sales Operations team and CLM lead to deliver E2E Standardized Global ITO processes
  • Optimize the use of Salesforce and CLM, drive compliance/governance and maximize performance across teams.
  • As a trusted adviser, work together and establish partnerships with sales, business, supply chain, IT, and legal to fulfill overall plan, transform, and standardize the inquiry to order process from beginning to end. 
  • Help the team discover and prioritize potential solutions and areas for improvement. Leading transformation initiatives and value-based process improvements, taking part in customer experience projects, looking for process synergies, doing process analysis, and serving as a SME in process-related changes are all part of the job description. 
  • The ITO procedure, which is the initial step is subject matter expert for CLT office. 
  • Over 650 Salesforce/CLM users will directly be impacted by the scope and reach of this global function, and regular interactions with GBU level leadership will occur. 
  • Work together with the commercial teams of the Global Business Unit (GBU) to address any concerns and make any necessary adjustments at the start of the sales process. 
  • Join forces with GPO to carry out strategic Inquiry to Order projects. 
  • Creation and upkeep of the Inquiry to Order worldwide policy, which will be linked to the Sales Policy and included in the entire corporate policy and procedure documentation library 
  • Drive compliance, ongoing improvement, and standardization throughout the ITO function. 
  • Identify project opportunities with the GPO to boost compliance and efficiency, deal with immediate process and procedure adjustments, and offer direction on how to be the best in class in the future. 
  • Functional coordinator for ITO improvement projects 
  • Collaboration with the sales operations team on global training strategies and user demands 
  • Understanding the needs of the GBU sales teams with regard to the ITO process to increase productivity, streamline processes, get rid of non-value-added services, and exercise control, performs operations involving continuous improvement, best practice identification, and implementation. 
  • Working on a regular basis with international GBU Commercial teams to identify and build future ITO needs 
  • Maintain alignment between ITO project initiatives and the overarching ITO strategy. 
  • Implement efforts for process improvement and report on them. 
  • Major contributions to the ITO roadmap's design and execution 
  • Together with finance, report and update productivity projects as they are discovered, including value capture documentation.
