Construction Project Manager-Estimator
The Construction Project Manager/Estimator has responsibility to estimate, manage and complete projects Safely, providing a quality job that is within budget, that meets schedule requirements while maintaining Client satisfaction.
Essential Functions

•Is the main contact with Client during Estimating, Pre-construction and Construction phases of project
•Travel to Client sites to review projects for bidding, prepare the bid documents, and submit to the Client
•Review and approve subcontracts.
•Purchase and schedule the necessary project materials within budget
•Prepare and update project schedules with General Superintendent
•Price, submit, record, and track all Client Change Order requests
•Review and prepare monthly Gross Profit report on each active project
•Coordinate with General Superintendent and Site Foremen on site activities
•Prepare Client Invoices in a timely manner
