We're a Multifamily Construction Company based in Atlanta, GA specializing in market rate podium & garden style projects, assisted living facilities, student housing, and high-density mixed-use developments throughout the Southeast.

Our team has an urgent need to make a long-term hire for a Senior Estimator with prior multifamily construction experience. This position will be based out of our main office in Atlanta.

Compensation / Benefits:

• Base Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements:

• College Degree in a Construction related field
• 5+ years of prior experience as an Estimator focused on multifamily construction projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead detailed reviews of civil, architectural, and structural subcontractor’s scope before award of project contracts. 
• Obtain and present unit pricing data 
• Responsible for outlining clarifications and qualifications within an estimate 
• Provide back up for estimates to be used during analysis and review 
• Secure and contact sources for cost estimates for all specialty items 
• Identify indirect costs and General Condition items within estimate 
• Possess and apply knowledge of unit prices and the material/labor component 
• Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing 
• Produce manpower estimates to coincide with construction estimate 
• Compile complete estimate/bid package breakdown based on input from others. 
• Establishes estimating protocols for specific types of documentation.
