Our team is looking to make a long-term hire for a Project Manager with prior multifamily construction experience. This position will be based out of our main office in Atlanta.

Compensation / Benefits:
- Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000

Requirements:
- College Degree in a Construction related field
- 5+ Years of Multifamily Construction experience (wood-framed projects exceeding $20M in value)
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft, and various other construction software's
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry and all aspects of successfully completing multifamily construction projects
- Capability of growing relationships within the industry with various vendors, subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers etc.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the estimating team during the preconstruction phase.
- Subcontractor selection
- Review project plans and specifications
- Ensure equipment/materials are delivered to the jobsites on time
- Monitor project status (schedule, cost, quality etc.)
- Forecast monthly cost update reports
- Oversee the billing process
- Manage RFI's, submittals, and change orders
- Work alongside the Lead Superintendent to ensure the project remains on time and within budget
