Board Certified Behavior Analyst

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and run ABA programs
  • Provide field supervision to behavior technicians
  • Write performance evaluations for behavior technicians
  • Complete progress reports and treatment plans to meet the requirements and submission timelines of regulatory agencies and funding sources

 

Required Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program
  • BCBA Certification
  • 0-3+ years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • 1+ years of experience utilizing software solutions for data collection, programming, and report writing
  • Must pass a criminal background check, TB test, pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/VZV

·      Work Environment: In Home and Clinic Patient Care

·     Flexible Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1-2 evenings per week (until 8:30pm)

·     Telehealth: Yes – 50% (supervision)

·      Competitive Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000
