This role is pivotal to the organization, being the IT specialist, to maintain the firms' systems, services and operations. Maintain all laptops/desktop IT environment and manage systems and provide great client support to the team, ensuring the technical support is second to none and allowing business operations to run efficiently and effectively, with minimal delays or disruptions. Stay on top of new software development upgrades, test new software and troubleshoot any issues. Administer critical IT infrastructure and endpoint systems in a professional services environment. Vast knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS 10/11, Citrix, Powershell and IManage.
