We specialize in a variety of construction markets including Commercial, Retail, Restaurants, Industrial Warehouses, Aviation, Higher Education, and Medical / Healthcare projects throughout the greater Houston area.

Our team is in IMMEDIATE need of an Assistant Superintendent. This position is based out of our HQ office and focused on projects throughout the greater Houston area.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent overseeing a variety of construction projects while employed by a General Contractor.

Requirements:

• 2-3+ Years of construction industry experience employed by a General Contractor
• Commercial, Retail, Aviation, Higher Ed, Healthcare/Medical, Industrial, and/or Aviation project experience
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Proficient with various construction software's such as Procore
• Strong written & verbal communication skills

Description:

• Assist in overseeing daily operations at a construction site.
• Participate in daily morning meetings with the entire crew.
• Follows construction drawings and approved plans.
• Uses popular construction management software.
• Helps with Ordering necessary equipment, tools, and materials.
• Assists with subcontractor management
• Helps to set and stick to the budget and schedule.
• Writes daily logs and other necessary documentation.
• Makes sure all local, state, and national business codes and regulations are followed.
• Ensures that the team adheres to all company policies and safety protocols.
• Works directly with the lead superintendent, project manager, architect, engineer, and other specialists.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 depending on experience
• Project / Performance Bonus Incentives
