Our client is a global innovator in subsea technologies and engineering across the energy, renewables, and defense industries. We are looking for a Regional Sales Representative!

We are looking for someone to be responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships, meeting or exceeding sales targets, following up on customer quotes, identifying and pursuing new opportunities. The candidate will be researching independently, providing analysis reports, attending tradeshows, preparing quarterly, monthly and weekly sales reports.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sales
• Must be able to apply and understand profit and loss, job costing, and percentages
• Must be self-motivated
• Have excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, organization, communication skills
• Be able to travel 50% of the time within the region
• Valid Drivers License

Benefits and Compensation:

• Salary DOE - 80K-100K+
• Discretionary Bonus/Profit Sharing - up to 10% paid out quarterly (can be up to 8K per year)
