Our team is actively hiring for an Assistant Superintendent based out of our regional office in Boston, MA.


The ideal candidate for this position will have prior construction experience focused on ground-up Multifamily/Mixed-use and/or Senior Living/Assisted Living projects while employed by a GC or Developer Builder.



Compensation / Benefits:


  • Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
  • Bonus

Requirements:


  • 3-5+ years of Prior multifamily construction experience working for a GC or Developer Builder on ground-up projects
  • College Degree in a construction related field is a plus, but not required. Equivalent field experience is also accepted.
  • Experience with subcontractor management & punch lists
  • Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control
  • Proficient with blueprint reading
  • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within our organization under the guidance of a Senior/Lead Superintendent
  • Ability to multitask and build positive relationships with clients and crew members
  • Proficient with various construction software's
  • OSHA 10 / 30
