Key Responsibilities:


In this role, reporting to the Senior Estimation Manager, you will be tasked with:


• Crafting detailed cost projections for various civil infrastructure projects including bridges, highways, railways, airports, dams, and tunnels.

• Examining and fully comprehending project bids, blueprints, and technical documents.

• Independently conducting or overseeing detailed quantity assessments for various project types, compiling data using spreadsheet software.

• Creating detailed price estimates by determining workforce needs, equipment, and materials, utilizing advanced cost estimation software, with HCSS being the preferred tool.


Qualifications:


• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited college or university, with over 10 years of experience in estimation and project management.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation for large-scale civil engineering projects.

• Experience with projects valued at $100 million or above.

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with project stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors, from the pre-bid phase to post-bid discussions.

• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with a team of estimators to deliver comprehensive cost proposals, especially for large-scale, joint venture projects.

• Experience with project delivery methods like design-build and CMAR is advantageous.


This position offers a salary range of $150,000 to $225,000, commensurate with experience.
