We are looking for a skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our talented team and contribute to our tradition of solving unique construction challenges.


Position Overview:

The Senior Project Engineer plays a critical role in coordinating project efforts from conception to completion. This involves detailed project planning, effective scheduling, and managing resources and procurement to meet project goals. The role demands close collaboration with our project managers, superintendents, and onsite teams to ensure the smooth execution of project tasks.


Essential Functions:

  • Manage project schedules, finances, and cash flows.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely procurement of services and materials.
  • Implement design management and quality control from project initiation to closure.
  • Ensure effective project closeout and seamless turnover.
  • Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Provide operational support and contract administration.
  • Mentor and guide Field Engineers.
  • Develop and sustain client relationships.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Engineer, preferably in civil construction.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook; knowledge of Bluebeam is advantageous.
  • Excellent ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company standards for driving records.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform site visits.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
