We are hiring a commercial real estate analyst / Business Development Reps for a multibillion dollar private equity fund in Fort Worth.

This is a fast-paced role with top of market compensation, bonuses, structured mentorship program, aggressive training, company catered lunch 5x a week, and opportunity for long-term growth with a respected $5 billion private equity group in Fort Worth.

-We are looking for people with a finance background (either industry or directly out of school), that are highly proficient in complex Excel, willing to work in-office 50 hours per week in downtown Fort Worth, and some positions may also require high volume outgoing phone cold calls. Generous relocation package allowed for people outside of the Fort Worth area.

Compensation is highly flexible between $70,000 & 160k+ depending on exact role and prior experience.

-The real estate analyst position focuses on 100% cost financing on commercial single tenant properties, involving heavy excel & consistent cold calling. We are willing to train on specifics on the finance side.

-The real estate BD position branches from the analyst position, with a slightly more customer focused approach, more experience, and higher compensation range.

-For canddiates selected, we will pay for you to shadow someone in a similar position for multiple days for on-the-job training before you commit to the role.
