Kids, teens, and families are suffering unprecedented effects of the intense and demanding world of today. The collaborative care model used by our client relies on therapy to assist families in coping with the ups and downs of daily living. These difficulties can involve controlling your emotions, combating your negative thoughts, and lowering your stress and anxiety levels. 


We are looking for a licensed, part-time therapist who is enthusiastic about providing mental health services to the entire family. A clinical supervisor is the person this role reports to.


Responsibilities:


• Employ evidence-based methods to encourage, direct, and assist our members in achieving their objectives


• Work closely with other clinical team members, such as psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers


• Test out new therapeutic methods and protocols.


• Attend training sessions on our specialized curriculum and collaborative care style.


Requirements:


• Hold an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC licensure.


• Must be licensed in California. Licensure in other states is a plus.


• Experience using video telehealth and being tech savvy


• Motivated and organized by a vibrant team environment


• A friendly and interesting clinical tone


• Dedicated to supporting young people's goal-setting


• Willingness to work evening shifts is desirable
