RightWorks is excited to be partnered with a global architecture and engineering design company in their search for a Licensed Senior Process Engineer on behalf of their major multi-billion dollar project in northeast Austin!


Our client has been in business for over 40 years, and has provide architecture engineering and design services to over 8,000 projects globally across different markets such as aviation and transportation, healthcare, industrial and sporting facilities. They have also been the recipient of major design awards such as Red Dot, IDEA, and iF Design Award!


Their need for this Senior Engineer surrounds a $17bil, 15+ year project to build America's largest semi-conductor manufacturing facility. The right Engineer will be organized, collaborative, and forward thinking! You will be responsible for leading process systems for construction within an industrial / cleanroom environment. You will coordinate complex projects within semiconductor manufacturing using creative solutions within existing construction / building code frameworks. More details below.



The Licensed Senior Process Engineer


  • 15+ years of experience in process engineering field; ideal candidates will have a healthy background within semiconductor manufacturing
  • Licensed PE required with Bachelor's or Masters within Engineering field
  • Experience working in and with cleanrooms
  • Research facility experience across processing electronic, photonic or MEMS devices
  • You will need to be proficient with AutoCAD, Revit and BlueBeam
  • Will lead complex process engineering design for client's complex environment
  • Will oversee a small team of two engineers, providing guidance across all aspects of semiconductor processing including process development, tool operation and maintenance, selecting new tools, and continuous process improvement
  • Develop process flow and process and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), system layout plans, equipment sizing and selection, etc.
  • Execute process design from conceptual design into completed working drawings and construction documents
  • Interface with multiple disciplines of engineering, project management, system owners, vendors and subcontractors via phone, video or in person meetings
