-This is a 1099 100% commission-based role.  Direct Hire or Retained - 60% of fees if you own both client & candidate (half of that if you split and only do BD or only do recruiting) / Contract Staffing - 20% of gross margin (half of that if you split either just BD or just recruiting).

-We provide full tech stack for client & candidate acquisition, offer coaching / mentoring to help grow your desk, pair you with SME's across the industry, and within your first 2 days will open up existing orders for you to work on a split basis.

-We don't limit your ability to earn!  No commission caps, no limits on geographic region, no limits on industry or vertical, no limits on which clients you pursue.

-No set hour expectations.  Want to grind out high six figure+ earnings?  Perfect!  Want to put in 15 hrs a week with low six figure earnings to supplement?  Also perfect!

-This role is initially at least 80% business development focused with no hard KPI's. You build your desk how you see fit, but just know that the team members we bring are BD leaders who love to hunt & build new client bases from scratch.

-On contract staffing, we provide all payroll funding, invoicing, worker's comp, general liability, onboarding, dispatch, payroll services, and any additional back office support needed.
