Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee all facets of our construction management operations. This role is instrumental in supporting our business development efforts, cultivating client relationships, and ensuring adherence to our organizational policies and standards. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing projects up to $25 million in civil construction.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead the Project Management Team, driving the implementation of effective processes and procedures to achieve project success, encompassing profitability, safety, scheduling, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop the Project Management Staff in procurement, environmental planning, cost control, quality management, safety, and risk management.
• Coordinate weekly meetings with project teams and provide updates to the Operations Manager.
• Support the Estimating team by providing insights on production rates, methods, and bid strategies.
• Manage and support field staff in addressing and resolving field issues promptly.
• Ensure project execution aligns with contractual agreements and quality standards.
• Develop and oversee project schedules and budgets, ensuring financial forecasts meet company goals.
• Foster a professional environment to facilitate efficient and effective communication among project stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, and other partners.

Position Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in Civil Construction management.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Expertise in civil construction methods, scheduling, cost control, and safety requirements.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Requires overnight travel and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $160,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
