Job Duties for Safety Coordinator

1. Coordinate daily with teams to keep track of schedule.
2. Record daily work activities.
3. Organize and manage multiple project schedules
4. Conduct safety orientation for new contractors employees
5. Prepare for safety event and safety training
6. Prepare for weekly safety meeting document
7. Record all accidents and analyze injury and accident trends
8. Record all safety meetings
9. Administer new contractor badges
10. Provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to team members.

Qualifications

1. English / Spanish Bilingual
2. Bachelors degree required
3. OSHA preferred
4. 10 years of relevant construction safety experience preferred
5. Excellent interpersonal, visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
6. Drug test and basic physical (eyesight & vitals) required.
7. Working knowledge of MS Office.
8. Excellent organization skills.
9. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of project teams.
