🔧 Responsibilities
In this role, you will experience a dynamic environment due to our recent substantial growth. This growth has driven the establishment of a second production location in De Lier. As the Head of Financial Administration, you will have a liberating, responsible, and challenging role within this dynamic setting. Your professional responsibility involves ensuring the correct and complete execution of financial administration. Apart from supervising the department (6 employees), your challenge lies in optimizing the financial organization. Starting from the basics, you'll make improvements by analyzing and optimizing processes at an operational and tactical level. You are sharp and can effectively challenge others within and outside your team.
As the Team Manager of Accounting, you will oversee and realize financial administrative tasks, including collecting, processing, and providing financial information for the group and its entities. The Team Manager of Accounting will report to the CFO.
