They utilize integrated photonics, especially photonic integrated circuits (PICs), to produce scalable, robust, and cost-effective products, enabling enhanced applications that offer in-depth measurement insights for their customers.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Oversee system design, ensuring requirement compliance.
• Taking the lead in design and implementation of software crucial to their products and solutions, both from the embedded side and user interface.
• Collaboratively work with both internal and external engineering teams.
• Define, structure, and review code following best practices and applying revision control.
• Understand and interface with embedded product software, contributing to user interface applications based on APIs for both customers and internal teams.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Degree in Systems, Software Engineering / Informatics from a recognized University or University of Applied Sciences with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages: (embedded) C, C++, Python.
• Demonstrated practice in code documentation, version control (GIT), and DEVOPS.
• Familiarity with user interfaces (GUI), Linux kernels, and API development.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
