🔧 Responsibilities:

• Assume a pivotal role in the company's recruitment process, managing a steady recruitment load of 6 to 7 positions weekly.
• Focus on staffing, primarily in technical roles, with occasional involvement in business control aspects.
• Collaborate with external partners for specific sourcing needs.
• Enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice, ensuring swift, personal, and effective candidate follow-ups.

🎓 Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, particularly within technical/production settings.
• Proficiency in recruiting diverse profiles across varying disciplines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining organization and efficiency.
• Stellar stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
