- Assume a pivotal role in the company's recruitment process, managing a steady recruitment load of 6 to 7 positions weekly.
- Focus on staffing, primarily in technical roles, with occasional involvement in business control aspects.
- Collaborate with external partners for specific sourcing needs.
- Enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice, ensuring swift, personal, and effective candidate follow-ups.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, particularly within technical/production settings.
- Proficiency in recruiting diverse profiles across varying disciplines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining organization and efficiency.
- Stellar stakeholder management capabilities.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English.
