​HR Officer – FMCG 

We are delighted to be working with one of Northern Irelands FMCG businesses to recruit a HR Officer.

The Role:

Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will assume work within a busy HR department providing a full generalist support to internal customers. You will work alongside a small team of HR colleagues using your experience and skills to deliver effective support to all areas of the business. 

You will provide support across a number of functional areas that could include employee relations & employee engagement; recruitment and selection; absence management;  HR KPI tracking; HR compliance; health and safety; and performance management. 

The HR function works within a fast paced environment. You will become an integral part of the team from the get go, putting your experience to work.

The Candidate:

• 2 + years of generalist HR experience. 
• Proven track record of delivering generalist HR support within commercially focused environments.  
• Self-starter with proven ability to deliver across HR functional areas.
• Ideally a work knowledge of an FMCG food manufacturing environment  
• CIPD Qualification is desirable.
• Relevant 3rd Level Qualification is desirable.
