​Production Supervisor - Lurgan - FMCG 

As a member of the site management team the Production Supervisor will have responsibility for leading an operations team whilst on shift.

The role will be responsible for supervising the production team, driving continuous improvement and maximising operational effectiveness and efficiency through the development of people, processes and systems.

The ideal candidate will have proven supervisor experience within an FMCG (although not essential) manufacturing environment including the management of people. It is essential successful candidate has a proven track record of managing a team, achieving KPIs and have good problem solving skills.
