​Our client is a leading multi site FMCG producer who wishes to recruit a HR Manager to lead the HR function of their Retail Division (2 sites).

Reporting to the Retail General Manager you will have full day to day responsibility for leading the day to day HR functional support to two busy retail production sites. you will work closely with the group Head of HR to ensure strategy alignment.  

You and your team will provide full generalist HR support to multi functional teams, working within a fast paced and commercially focused environment. If you are well versed in adding value across the realms of recruitment and selection, managing non attendance, employee relations & employee engagement, ethics, HR scorecard excellence and general compliance around people processes we should talk. 

The ideal candidate should have:

• Relevant 3rd Level Qualification. 

• 3+ years of generalist HR experience with previous team management. 

• Proven track record of delivering generalist HR support within commercially focused environments. 

• Self-starter with proven ability to drive change to day-to-day HR environments.

• Ideally a work knowledge of an FMCG specially food manufacturing environment
