We are currently seeking an experienced Service Center Representative for a credit union located in San Francisco, CA!

Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire (possibility of direct-hire for the right candidate)

Pay: $25-35/hr

Branch hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm


Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support over the phone in a call center environment
  • Perform member/customer transactions on checking and savings accounts and process payments, etc.
  • Open and process all transactions relating to new accounts, certificates, IRAs, and loans.
  • Offer credit union services and products to enhance lives of our members.
  • Follow credit union policies and procedures to protect the credit union from exposure to loss or fraud.
  • Ability to focus on and resolve customers issue’s


Requirements:

  • 1 – 2 years of financial experience within a credit union or bank
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Demonstrated ability of handling a variety of customer requests including difficult customer situations
  • Possess an enthusiastic and professional attitude
  • Effective problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
