We are currently seeking an experienced eCommerce and Payments Representative for a credit union located in Altadena, CA!

 

Type: Full-time, temporary (until November 1st, 2024)

 

Pay: $18-27.11/hr (depending on experience)

 

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

 

Responsibilities:

  • Performs all Fedline related functions, including member and credit union-initiated wire transfers, return item receipt, ACH processing, cash orders, and FRB adjustments.
  • Answers member calls and resolves Bill Pay, Zelle, online/mobile banking member, debit/credit card, card claims, inquiries or concerns. Processes payroll deduction forms received from different entities, including payroll deduction error resolution.
  • Processes ATM and Visa card disputes as well as ATM fraud.
  • Assist in completing reporting and any other necessary department or compliance/regulatory requirements.
  • Processes all fraud alerts received to mitigate losses daily along with any other card claims functions.
  • Processes share draft daily ECM exception payments and adjustments to loans exceptions daily.
  • Processes ATM adjustments daily, ATM fraud and other disputes related to ATMs.
  • Assists members via phone, email, or any other communication channel in regards to transactions and performs file maintenance to correct any issue by providing exceptional internal and external member service.

 

Requirements:

  • 1 – 2 years of recent ACH, card claims, share draft, wires, mobile deposits, and ATMs experience within a credit union or bank
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous Symitar experience preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
