We are currently seeking an experienced Call Center Representative for a credit union located in Burbank, CA!


Type: Temp-to-hire (hiring period as early as 15 weeks, once hired credit union offers excellent benefits)


Pay: $20/hr


Full-time Schedule: Candidates must be available to work Monday - Friday: 7:15am - 5:00pm


Start Date: Monday, 9/9/2024



Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support over the phone in a call center environment
  • Perform member/customer transactions on checking and savings accounts and process payments, etc.
  • Ability to focus on and resolve customers issue’s
  • Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor when faced with high demand/ high volume workloads


Requirements:

  • 1 year of proven credit union or bank experience
  • Previous experience in using the following system: OSI (Open Solutions) or DNA (Fiserv) preferred
  • Demonstrated ability of handling a variety of customer requests including difficult customer situations
  • Possess an enthusiastic and professional attitude
  • Effective problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
