We are currently seeking an experienced Call Center Specialist II for a credit union located in Los Angeles, CA!

 

Type: Full-time, temporary (3-4 months)

 

Pay: $25/hr

 

Branch hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support over the phone in a call center environment
  • Perform member/customer transactions on checking and savings accounts and process payments, etc.
  • Ability to focus on and resolve customers issue’s
  • Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor when faced with high demand/ high volume workloads

 

Requirements:

  • 2 years of call center experience within a credit union or bank
  • Previous experience opening new accounts and taking consumer loan applications required
  • Symitar experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of customer requests including difficult customer situations
  • Possess an enthusiastic and professional attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
