Job Description

 

● Report to the CIO assisting in the development of the companies' IT strategy and in improving the overall capabilities of the department.

● The scope of responsibilities for this role include; the management of the IT department of a recently acquired affiliate, and program and project management standards, quality and change control management, security compliance (PCI and HIPAA) for the entire enterprise.

● Design and manage needed improvements to the affiliate’s CRM system including the rationalization and integration of systems and processes to provide for the long-term sustainability, support of business growth and new initiatives, and security compliance.

 

 

Qualifications

 

● 10+ years of experience in management within a complex enterprise-wide IT organization.

● Security and Compliance: real setup and audit experience in PCI and HIPAA. SOC 2 and HITRUST experience would be a bonus.

● CRM/ERP: experience with hands-on management of setup and implementation that can do and guide business process analysis.

● Program and Project Management: Experience in setting priorities aligned to business and IT strategies, full SDLC experience (waterfall, agile and hybrid)

● Expert in the use of Jira or similar ticket management system and industry standard project management tools (MS Project, Asana or similar).

● Telephony/Call Center: experience with dialer setup and management is nice to have.

● Infrastructure experience in a cloud environment.

● Prior experience with building and/or optimizing the IT department.

● Prior experience with strategy and capabilities for the company's growth including potential acquisitions.

● Proven experience in managing third-party partners for managed services, including infrastructure management, QA and offshore support.

● People Management and leadership philosophy with a passion for mentoring and developing staff with the goal of building excellence in operations and customer responsiveness.

● Business acumen with experience in developing and presenting plans and recommendations to “C” level management.

● MUST HAVE a BA/BS degree in IT or a related field.
