Job Description


Looking for an experienced Account Executive that will drive sales growth in the USA. You’ll both sell to an existing install base as well as create new customers. Success will require a mix of excellent negotiation skills, the imagination necessary in foreseeing future opportunities and challenges, strategic partner management skills, and an aptitude for bringing solutions to complex problems. 


  • The ideal candidate is a relationship builder and a proactive problem solver with a genuine passion for consultative selling and experience driving long-term value, rather than just optimizing immediate revenue.
  • Target and qualify new business sales opportunities by placing proactive outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other tools to target leads.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from opportunity qualification, discovery calls, deal structuring, contracting process, and closing the deal.
  • Own the full-lifecycle partner relationship, and enable them to sell, give demos and virtual / in-person presentations, to potential customers and partners.
  • Manage Key Performance Indicators for the identified channel sales partners.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the smart water industry in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Existing relationships in the Digital water Industry or with city/government officials specifically in wastewater/environmental technology.
  • Proven track record in selling 6-figure deals into wastewater companies.
  • Proven track record in consistently meeting and overachieving sales quotas & demonstrating YoY growth.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a complex sales environment.
  • Obsessed with bringing new customers and maximizing revenue. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce preferred.
  • Flexible and eager to work in a fast-growing, multi-tasking environment. 
  • BA/BS in Engineering, Business or Environmental studies and earth science is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 25-35% of the time not limited to clients, events, US office in Boulder, CO and HQ office in Israel.
