Financial Accounting Reporting Manager you will play a critical leadership and hands-on role ensuring our client’s financial statements are prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. This will require proactive management, communication, and evaluation of the accounting policies, procedures, and internal control systems related to financial reporting processes.

 What you’ll do:


-Ensure the company’s financial statements are prepared in a timely manner in accordance with - and SEC reporting requirements.

-Manage the corporate closing and consolidating processes, including reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations prepared by accounting staff.

-Prepare the annual report, SEC reports including the proxy, and other various financial reports, including internal schedules and presentations for management and Board of Directors.

-Lead and coordinate the evaluation and improvement of internal controls and processes

-Support for earnings release process including development of the earnings release and the financial portion of the conference call script.

-Assist in the development and implementation of new and improved systems of reporting, controlling, and financial analysis

-Manage employee’s development utilizing HR processes

-Provide support to Investor Relations in the form of financial summarization and reporting for communications.

-Special projects, including M&A related functions (integration, accounting, and reporting), revenue recognition matters, and others.


Basic Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

6+ years of experience with corporate closing and consolidation

In depth knowledge of analyzing, forecasting, and reporting financial results


 Great to Haves:


-CPA strongly preferred.

-Experience in OneStream or JD Edwards preferred.

-Solid understanding of accounting systems

-Prior management experience preferred

-Public accounting experience preferred
