Position Summary

The Human Resources Consultant will provide ongoing support and act as the lead for day-to-day HR responsibilities in accordance with their clients policies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provides expert advice, counsel and implementation support on a fractional, interim or project-basis in areas of HR that include HR Policy and Compliance
  • Establish strong partnerships with clients and employees
  • Ensure procedures are met, maintained, and kept consistent
  • Generate and implement new ideas
  • Create and conduct active training programs
  • Identify retention issues and mediate as necessary
  • Maintain HR databases and personnel files
  • Manage all training and development activities
  • Perform audit and compliance reporting
  • Promotes HR practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and standards, and goal attainment.


Qualifications

  • 8+ years of HR experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • HR Certification strongly preferred
  • Must be located in Philadelphia, PA


Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000

Work Environment: Remote in Philadelphia (less than 50% of time visiting local clients in area)
