The Human Resources Manager will provide ongoing support and act as the lead for day-to-day HR responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies.
Responsibilities
· Assist with recruiting and new hire process as well as offboarding
· Establish strong partnerships with employees and all 5 divisions totaling supporting 1,500 employees
· Ensure procedures are met, maintained, and kept consistent
· Administer and manage the entire benefits function
· Create and conduct active safety training programs
· Identify retention issues and mediate as necessary
· Maintain HR database and personnel files
· Manage all training and development activities
· Perform audit and compliance reporting
· Serve as a back-up for payroll administration
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· 7+ years of HR generalist experience
· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
· Certified HR professional preferred (SHRM-CP/SCP, or PHR/SPHR).
· Ability to work independently and on-site
Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000
Work Environment: 100% On-site in Las Vegas, NV
