The Human Resources Consultant will provide ongoing support and act as the lead for day-to-day HR responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies for clients.
Responsibilities
· Assist with recruiting and new hire process as well as offboarding
· Establish strong partnerships with employees and clients
· Ensure procedures are met, maintained, and kept consistent
· Generate and implement new ideas
· Create and conduct active training programs
· Identify retention issues and mediate as necessary
· Maintain HR database and personnel files
· Manage all training and development activities
· Perform audit and compliance reporting
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· 8+ years of HR experience
· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
· Certified HR professional certification preferred (SHRM-CP/SCP, or PHR/SPHR).
· Ability to work independently
Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000
Work Environment: Hybrid
