The primary objective of this role is leading the NOAM regional payroll service delivery team to ensure accurate delivery of payroll.

Responsibilities

·        Oversight of payroll for the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean countries

·        Developing, implementing, updating and monitoring SOP's

·        Ensures the company is in compliance with current and future payroll laws and regulations for each country within the region

·        Ensures accurate and timely payroll processing for 50,000 employees

·        Resolves complex payroll issues escalated above payroll staff

·        Establish SLA's with internal and external stakeholders

·        Maintain integrity of payroll processes in alignment with department policies and procedures

·        Supervise, motivate and develop the payroll team

·        Prepare the annual operating budget for the department

·        Look for areas of process improvement

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with payroll processing and payroll management
• Experience in payroll processing for a large population, specifically over 10,000 lives
• Bachelor's degree required
• CPP is preferred
• Competent with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and with a team

Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000 +

Work Environment: Hybrid (M-W on-site)
