HR/Payroll Coordinator

The primary objective of this role is to plan, manage and carry out the day-to-day HR activities.

 

Responsibilities

·        Ensure HRIS systems are updated with employee information and process status changes and terminations.

·        Point of contact for staff, ensuring all inquiries and matters are handled promptly

·        Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes

·        Administer benefits for employees

·        Assist in communicating organization policies and procedures

·        Assist with recruitment when needed

·        Assist with payroll reporting and processing when needed

·        Ensure organization is legally compliant

Qualifications

·        1+ years of Human Resources Experience

·        Bachelor's Degree is preferred

 

Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000

Work Environment: 100% on-site in Richmond heights, Ohio
