Job Title: Dermatologist OR Dermatopathologist – Full Time or Part Time

Job Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluate Dermatopathology specimens and render insightful and comprehensive diagnoses to enable clinicians to best treat their patients
- Takes the initiative to improve quality in the workplace
- Provide accurate and timely diagnosis
- Communicate with referring clinicians as needed
- Incorporate clinically pathological correlation in reports
- Assist the national marketing and sales force in maintaining and expanding the referral physician base
- Provide consultations for peer pathologists on cases as requested or needed
- Maintain and comply with all Florida State and Federal law Requirements.
Requirements:
Education - Participation in further medical education and/or professional organization memberships. Medical Doctor with dermatopathology fellowship training
Experience- Clinical and surgical dermatology experience preferred.
License/Certification - Board Certification, or Board Eligible. Florida licensure required. Board-Certification in Dermatopathology
Skills- Flexible and positive team player. Strong desire to build a new approach to dermatologic care working in an office and/or mobile setting. Strong scientific skills in surgical pathology, particularly Dermatopathology. Ability to work independently and communicate with coworkers Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Demands. High degree of care and attention to detail in the performance of clinical duties with strict adherence to defined clinical testing protocols. Strong customer focus and understanding of laboratory operations. Ability to learn internal software programs and Laboratory Information Systems for routine purposes.
