Virtual Front Office Team Member

Main duties responsibilities


  • Answering calls @ both offices when unable to answer by front desk
  • Insurance verification (entering detailed breakdowns, attaching fee schedules, codes, frequencies, etc...)
  • Scheduling patients as needed
  • Answering any questions/ reaching out to the office staff for answers (Doctor just bought a second office which is 1 mile away from the first location. They plan to merge both locations end of this year. While the office is navigating through this merger, they would need help with phone calls being answered in a timely manner)


Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (PST)


Salary: $20-$30/hour


Our ideal candidate


  • Eaglesoft experience is REQUIRED
  • 2+ years of dental experience preferred
  • Bil-lingual (Spanish.) Not a requirement but definitely advantageous for the office
  • Great customer service skills
  • Great and positive attitude (polite and friendly)
  • Punctual and excellent attendance record
  • Willing to learn and takes instruction well
  • Excellent communication skills

  • 2 Doctors
  • 4 operatories
  • 10 total number of staff
