Job Summary
An RPA Developer uses technology to improve, streamline, and automate processes to reduce the need for human intervention and maximize efficiency. They are responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring such technology. They are also involved in the analysis of the software solutions and integration in the existing processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Identification of new opportunities for automation within the existing processes, designing new processes, simulating and testing these processes that they function as desired.
- Writing reports for senior colleagues outlining new concepts, testing outcomes, and ongoing efficiency.
- Troubleshooting automated processes or equipment when errors occur

Outcomes/Measures of Success over next 12 months
- Successfully implemented project of new software
- Database cleaning and database consolidation with external data sources
- Costs analysis of current systems and processes, implementation of a new process or the tool and implementation
Additional Education/Knowledge/Skills Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in roles of process improvements, automation, data science
- Successfully rolling out projects that include system integration, process automation, database management in OEMs or start-up environment
- Analysis of the software solutions and integration in the existing processes
- Good communication skills and personal adaptability
- Technologies and programming languages: Mysql, Python, MongoDb, AWS, Salesforce
- University Graduate with degree with Technology focus

Factur has a flexible hybrid schedule. This position requires that you live within a commutable distance from the Plano Office.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $100,000 per year. (Base pay + uncapped commission)
