Job Summary   


  1. Serve as the main point of contact for 20-30 clients representing multiple. Conduct monthly strategy sessions with all clients and write business and/or sales copy for clients’ email campaigns. Participate in continuous training to grow knowledge and expertise within their respective field.



Job Responsibilities  

 

  1. Provide clients with strategic direction across various services in the Lead Generation business unit
  2. Monitor client performance and ensure contracts are being met
  3. Formulate strategies to generate leads across various platforms
  4. Run weekly meetings to guide internal staff and provide direction for optimization

  1. Meet on average 2x per month with all clients to provide strategic direction
  2. 80% Retention rate for all clients
  3. As a baseline, getting some degree of feedback on leads from the client



Additional Education/Knowledge/Skills Requirements  


  • Growing knowledge of the manufacturing industry
  • Copywriting skills and best practices



Location:

  • This will be a hybrid work from home and work at the office role.
  • Flexible work from home policy



 

% of Time Core Function

40% Optimizing campaigns by improving messaging and targeting

30% Collaborating and leading internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are running successfully

30% Consulting clients via video calls on Lead follow-up and campaign improvements

Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000 per year. (Base pay + uncapped commission)
