POSITION PROFILE:

We are looking for someone who is an entrepreneur at heart, finds meaning in improving our human and built environment, and derives validation and joy by working in teams as a leader or member. If entering as a mid-level engineer, your career path could be starting as a Project Manager and Engineer and promoting to Senior Engineer and Project Manager (managing multiple disciplines on large projects). Depending on experience and drive, this path could take as little as five years. There is lots of growth potential in this position.

EDUCATION:

·      B.S. degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited university or college.

·      (Senior-Level) Ten plus years of post-P.E. experience OR (Mid-Level) Five to nine years of post-P.E.

·      M.S. in engineering, business, or related field

 

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

·      Professional Civil Engineer license (P.E.) in Oregon and/or California

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·      Experience working with water and wastewater systems, including planning, technical studies, and design.

·      Working knowledge of AutoCAD.

·      Experience working in a consulting firm.

·      Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

·      Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory background and driving clearance.

 

COMPENSATION:

·      Base Salary Range: $90,000 to $128,000.

·      Performance-based bonuses and shareholder eligibility.

·      401(k) plan with up to 4% company match.
