Our client, an engineering consulting firm, is a California State and Federal enterprise meeting the engineering, geologic, and environmental needs of communities in Southern Oregon and Northern California.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and manage survey projects for private and public sector clients, as well as an in-house team of professionals.
· Work within the region and other regional offices as needed to support company-wide project development.
· Collaborate with Project Managers and the Regional Manager to develop scope, budget, and schedule for various projects within the firm’s multiple disciplines.
· Actively participate in local professional organizations and civic groups.
· Willingness and ability to travel to other regions and offices within CA and OR.
· Establishes and maintains professional, cooperative, and pleasant working relationships with co-workers and the public.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum of five (2) years post license (PLS) experience.
· Fluency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (2018 or later).
· Proficiency with Trimble software.
· Familiar with field survey techniques using GPS, Robotic Total Stations, and UAV
Surveys, marketing services to other professional services and consulting firms.
· Supervising or mentoring others.
· Experience working in a consulting environment.
· Possesses strong written and oral communication skills.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATION:
· Professional Licensed Surveyor in Oregon and willingness to obtain California PLS within 2 years.
· CFed certification a plus.
· Must be in possession of a valid drivers’ license (Class C) with a satisfactory background and driving clearance.
· Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.

· Base $80K -$124K DOE.
