PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
· Coordinate, direct and manage small and medium projects of significant complexity.
· Direct activities of multi-disciplined staff.
· Support staff, monitor project budgets, and technical progress.
· Prepare contract addendums as required.
· Manage staff activities and assist with collection, analysis, and interpretation of data.
· Direct field and office investigations.
· Proficient with computers and peripheral equipment to assist with compilation, analysis, and presentation of data.
· Prepare and/or oversee preparation of project reports.
· Act as a client liaison and present project findings and results.
· Attend project team meetings to present findings verbally.
· Provide technical expertise and resolve technical problems.
· Coordinate and oversee subcontractor and consultant activities as assigned.
· Perform general pre- and post-proposal marketing activities (e.g., prospective client contacts, marketing planning, oral presentations, and preparation of marketing briefs/brochures).
· Lead or assist in preparation of project proposals and cost estimates (e.g., project technical approach, budget, schedule, and manpower requirements).
· Assist associate-level professionals in tracking and maintaining project budgets and schedules.
· Prepare client change orders as required.
· Interface with accounting staff to maintain accuracy in record keeping and client invoicing.
· Maintain technical competency through participation in trade organizations, conferences, and/or seminars.
· Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
