As a Licensed Psychologist, you will have a positive impact on the growth of this expanding healthcare company. You will provide diagnostic evaluations and oversee treatment planning for patients receiving ABA therapy. Research, develop, and implement clinical programs. Develop care models to meet client needs and expectations while assisting center managers. This role will provide support around surrounding Charlotte, NC locations.

What you’ll do: 

  • You’ll conduct weekly diagnostic evaluations for children referred due to concerns related to autism through clinical interviewing, observations, and standardized measures
  • Provide direct services with individual, family, group services, and psychological evaluations
  • Monitor evidence-based clinical care models, standards, guidelines to meet the expectations of customers/stakeholders
  • Engage in the design and implementation of clinical outcomes studies and performance improvements
  • Protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies


Experience Needed:

  1. Doctoral degree and licensed in the state applicable as a Psychologist
  2. Proficiency with screenings/diagnostic assessments including ADOS, ADI-R, Sensory Profile, Vineland, and CARS
  3. Expertise in case conceptualization and report writing
  4. Compassion, self-sufficient, problem solver, effective communicator, and someone who is detail-oriented
