As a Fence Installation Crew Lead, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our expanding local fencing company. Experience building fences is not required, but construction crew experience is preferred. 

We are currently seeking a full-time crew lead for immediate hire in Central Indiana. This does include travel to Sheridan, IN.

What you’ll do:

• Guide the installation of a variety of wood, aluminum, and vinyl fencing
• Lead and work alongside your team, including heavy lifting and hands-on tasks
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer and business relationships
• Ensure your team upholds our company values while working efficiently and effectively

Experience Needed:

• HS Diploma and a valid Driver’s License
• Enjoy building things and have an interest in fencing, framing, carpentry
• Willingness to execute a job that requires heavy lifting and working outdoors
• Motivated self-starter, positive attitude, reliable and dependable
• Strong leadership, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
